Our experienced investigators are licensed, bonded and insured. M.I.A.'s strict code of conduct ensures that our investigators cases can stand up to review by lawyers, judges and arbitrators.

Joe Mastromarco, the founder and President of M.I.A., has worked on over two thousand cases over the course of his career, which began in 1989, when he was first licensed as a Security Consultant. He was employed in the field until 1990, when he became a fully licensed Private Investigator where he was involved in conducting insurance, corporate and civil investigations. He also has testified in legal proceedings as a result of information obtained during his investigations.

 

Prior to creating M.I.A., Joe Mastromarco worked in various investigative capacities, including Surveillance Manager, Skip Trace Specialist and Supervisor of Training for large Ontario claims investigation firms. Joe has traveled extensively, conducting investigations throughout Canada and the United States.

 

During his successful career, through diligence and commitment to the business, he earned his respect and recognition as an expert within the industry. Joe is always striving to improve his knowledge as an investigator and a company owner. He is a member of the Council of Private   Investigators Ontario (CPIO) the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and Investigations Worldwide Association (IWWA).
